Frequently Asked Questions
Why is Signify decommissioning?
Signify is no longer resourced to support ongoing maintenance, security fixes and future development beyond 2025.
Agencies may easily integrate directly with Sign with Singpass' new APIs (V3) to provide similar functionalities.
Can I still use Signify if it is sunsetting?
If you are an existing user, you can still use the platform. Take note of the timelines indicated on when certain functionalities will be disabled.
What is Sign with Singpass?
Sign is a digital signing solution built on the Singpass ecosystem that allows users to sign documents such as contracts and other agreements remotely, via their Singpass App. Signify is a relying party that has integrated with Sign with Singpass to provide the functionalities you see today.
Will documents that are signed and downloaded be valid after the decommission date?
Yes. All documents completed with Sign with Singpass signatures can still be verified even after Signify is taken down.
